We want you to be delighted with any jewelry you purchase from our online jewelry store. We have a risk-free easy return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from us, you may return it for a full refund within 21 days of purchase.
To account for Holiday gift-giving, the return period is extended to 45 days for any jewelry purchased from November 15 – December 15.
Special orders or customized jewelry (other than changing ring size less than 2 sizes) often may not be returned or may be returned for store credit only on a case by case basis.
To qualify for refund, jewelry must be shipped back to us via insured mail in the original packaging, in the same condition it was in when purchased. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser in the form of a check or store credit or, if purchased by credit card, the original card will be credited. Our clients may also choose a store credit toward future purchases. Special orders, custom and / or modified items, items marked "as is" or "final sale" are not returnable/ non refundable.
